Not only have they not completed the repair half a year later, but they haven't been giving me any updates as to when specific parts required to complete the repair would be available. I brought my car into their shop after a minor fender ****** on 75 late November 2022. Some of the pictures from the damage are uploaded and I can provide more. In addition, I expect some type of reimbursement, otherwise I will proceed with legal action and bring this to the attention of the local news. I want everything repaired and a complimentary comparable rental car provided due to the inconvenience this has caused. It literally seemed as though someone with no experience just attempted to piece the vehicle back together. This has been the worse experience I have ever received and never in my wildest dreams did I expect this level of horrible work froma professional estblishment like this. Last but not least the passenger side visor was coming off too. It rained and water would now leak into my vehicle, and the electrical box in the front dash was not functioning properly. In addition to this, I opened the trunk and saw that the back bumper was not put on correctly and that electrical wiring was now exposed within the vehicle. I contacted Caliber and was told that this was an easy fix and to bring it in without an appointment with no problem. After that I looked throughout the car and saw a dent and scratch on the passenger side of the hood. This was beyond frustrating and then when I got home and examined the car more I noticed paint scuffs on the back bumper that were not there previously. I let the shop know and they told me that they apologize for the inconvenience but construction work was being done in the area and other customers experienced the same issue and they wouldn't be able to resolve. After picking up the car, I immediately noticed there were 2 nails in one of my tires. The vehicle was dropped off on January 26th, 2023 and ready for pickup on February 24th, 2023. After determining the other party was at vault I chose to take my vehicle to Caliber Collision to repair the damages. In November of 2022 I was involved in an accident where someone side swiped my 2021 Audi Q7. Thats the absolute bare minimum this company can do to begin to right the incredible incompetence and unprofessional behavior exhibited by their employees Id like to be contacted on the phone by a corporate customer care team member, have the $500 of batteries refunded, and the truck returned within two business days. Much of this delay has been unnecessary waiting as well as getting second opinions from shops after other shops have found calibers work to be faulty. Im very concerned Ill be receiving my truck back in unsafe condition to drive (as one center already returned it to me in unsafe condition knowing I would be driving it **** miles in a cross country move that same day.) beyond that, the 12 weeks is an unacceptably long time for not incredibly significant repairs to be made. Social media support keeps telling me to wait, and my emails arent being responded to. I reached out to that email 6 separate times and interfaces with their social media support. I have reached out to a corporate email address as requested by Caliber in response to a review I left. Despite this being an insurance job, I am $750 out of pocket so far and I believe the second shop is expecting me to pay $250 for a battery replacement even though the first center almost certainly is the cause of both batteries being drained. The truck has spent at least 6 of the 12 weeks sitting in parking lots of various repair shops waiting to be repaired. The second center discovered faulty repairs performed by the first and further damage the first center missed. The first center missed significant structural damage to my vehicle which they caught 5 weeks into the repair process. It has now been 12 weeks across two different centers and a total of at least 6 different shops. I was given a turnaround estimate of 2-4 weeks. Took my truck here after I was hit by a distracted driver.
